The lodge consists of a cocktail bar that offers a complete line of liquid refreshments, pizza, candy bars, snacks and sandwiches. We also have pool, darts, and video games for entertainment, as well as a dining room serving a full menu on weekends which provides an outstanding panorama of the swimming beach and lake.

Walleye Lodge offers 5 modern completely furnished cottages. Each cottage has a refrigerator, gas stove, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, shower and bathroom. Blankets, pillows, sheets and towels are not furnished. One alumninum boat comes with each cottage. If you bring your own boat, a launching dock is available.. Extra boats, cushions, and gas may be rented depending on your needs. A reservation fee is normally required. Weekly reservations normally run from 2pm on Saturday as check-in time until 11am as check-out time. Camping facilities are also available.

Nearby attractions.............. The Wolf, Lily, Pickerel and hunting Rivers are located just a few minutes away and are noted for their outstanding catches of Trout and game fish. All are considered excellent streams and are the best to be found anywhere. Most denominations of churches, grocery stores, gas stations, supper clubs, restaurants, snowmobile and outboard repair services, Wolf River rafting, canoeing, all terrain vehicles are all located nearby. Other Attractions include snowmobling with several groomed trails, cross-country skiing and nearby is Kettle Road Down-hill Ski Area, excellent ice fishing, a deer farm and ideal hunting conditions in the nearby country forests and Nicolet National Forest. Events such as the Rhinelander Hodag Festival attract many visitors. |
